Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

· Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Negotiate and close deals with clients.

· Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential customers.

· Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.

Requirements:

· Bachelor running, preferred for the candidate with one year of experience in the related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· The Sales Executive is expected to visit the market on a daily basis and... provide regular reports to their line manager.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

· Fluent in Nepali.
