What's involved with this role:

Interim Environmental Health Officer - Commercial Noise Reference no: Newham RQ800485 Pay Rate: £36.00 per hour PAYE To ensure that the impact from noise and nuisance on residents and others within the Borough is controlled using appropriate enforcement powers, negotiation and practical knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
• To assist with noise investigations and clearance of a backlog of noise related work.
• Noise monitoring (commercial noise sources).
• Installing noise monitoring equipment and reviewing results.
• Complaint investigation.
• Commenting on licensing applications from a public nuisance standpoint.
• Event support.
