JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sales/Marketing Activity : Establish new business accounts and maintain relationships with customers, hearing needs of customers and proposing the solution, and closing.
• Business Development : Reporting, research, analytics and presentation material to optimize business development and facilitate account strategies.
• Technical Support : Provide engineering support to customers about Component Machining or Mechatronics Module Assembly. Follow up on production progress of the Sales order and clarify technical requirements with customers based on the engineering inputs and production capacity. Need to liaise customers to R&D and sales department of Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
• Quotation and Ordering, delivery process : Overall sales process administrative tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Able to Speak, Read and Write in Japanese
• Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Industrial Automation or Optical engineering relevant field.
• Minimum 5-6... years’ experience hopefully related to those optical equipment process and products such as machine vision which are installed in the manufacturing process of IC manufacturers.
• Positive attitude, service oriented, assertive, with a lot of drive.
• Administrative operation - sales/inventory monitor
• Strong network connection
