MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take ownership of email and marketing automation software
• Run and control customer journey, segmenting users, building event-based campaigns aiming conversion & retention rates optimization.
• Collaborate with relevant team members/departments to set up and perfect full customer journey tracking and analytics; consistently introduce new segments and events.
• Constantly create and A/B test customer journeys and email elements to maximize open rates, user conversion and retention.
• Create... build and launch email/sms/in-app etc. campaigns, analyze and report their performance.
• Analyze customer behavior in the product through data analysis tools and adjust automated communications accordingly.
• Copywrite and edit texts used for building messages, coordinate translations for multilingual campaigns.
• Build HTML/CSS of emails and in-app messages
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Market Analysts, IT and other departments on common projects.
• Stay abreast of latest industry trends; Proactively research and suggest new approaches, campaigns and tools to improve the Company success.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Solid work experience as an Email marketer
• Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with analytical and database tools
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
