WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Maintain contact with call center managers and supervisors, providing technical support and advice for customers by answering calls and emails.
• Help the development, and test new software features while taking into account our clients' points of view.
• Investigate customer-related technical issues along with our developer and operations team.
• Support other departments (sales, marketing, customer success management) to solve problems and identify major service issues.
WHO YOU ARE
• You have outstanding IT skills
• Logical thinking
• Customer-focused attitude
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Speak Hungarian on a native level
