- Attend all customer concerns, messages and comments posted to the institution's social media platforms in fast manner;
- Liaise with the clinical team and the marketing team to meet and exceed customer expectations and satisfactions;
- Schedule all social media posts and ensure inappropriate content is removed;
- Work with the marketing manager to develop comprehensive social media strategies;
- Maintain a working knowledge of services/ products to effectively communicate with clients;
- Stay informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes;
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner;
- Schedule appointments for clinical team;
- Have ability to be resourceful and proactive when problems arise;
- Be able to voice-over or to be a model of the institution gives extra consideration for this position; and
- Other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
