As part of our development, we are seeking a young & dynamic Junior Graphic Designer with a good understanding of graphic design and photography skills to join our team to create representative product images & videos without forgoing creativity.

Job Description:

Integrating a cross-functional team, you should be able to think up and execute product photography from conception to launch while monitoring the development after publishing to achieve technical, qualitative and quantitative goals. The ideal candidate should be able to embrace change, show agility as well as working at a fast pace to meet deadlines. They will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers, as well as taking high-quality photos to support these... concepts.

Responsibilities:
• Create images that depict the product’s function, features, color, and texture by using elements such as proper exposure, focus, lens selection, colors and angle of light to meet brand standards.
• Create graphics and visual representations of information, data, or processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with company goals and objectives.
• Stay current on design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas and perspectives to the team.
• Ensure designs are accurate and meet required specifications.
• Take and edit high-quality photographs to support visual concepts and designs to meet LUCRIN’s specifications and standards.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow for both design and photography projects.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Photographer or in related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong visual and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate ideas into effective designs and photographs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and photography work.
