We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing department throughout its activities on social media and e-mail marketing. The main responsibilities for this role include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies for different communication channels, such as social media and email marketing.

What you’ll be doing
• Conduct market research to identify the target audience’s needs, competition, and trends to help in creating marketing strategies and plans.
• Monitor marketing campaigns’ progress and results to gather data to help improve performance.
• Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including website, social media accounts, blogs, and emails.
• Help with the organization and coordination of marketing and promotional events, such... as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Stepping out of your comfort zone and learning about different marketing areas;
• Growing alongside BotGuard as we continue to grow and expand with responsibility from day one.

What you’ll need
• A degree in marketing, business management, economics or have an equivalent form of education;
• Previous experience in marketing campaigns and social media marketing. Bonus points for experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads and Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc);
• A curious mind that is always looking to find new solutions rather than dwelling on the problems with a proactive approach;
• A team player who is open to be familiar with a complex subject area and is willing to contribute your multitasking talent on a fast-paced environment;
