We are looking for an Accounts Technician for a fixed term contract for 12 months. 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 16:00 Fridays, 37.5 hours a week. Hybrid after training. 25 days holiday plus much more. Working in Accounts you will report to the Finance Controller and you will prepare, complete and maintain accurate financial records. You will: Assist with the management of credit and debit functions, including complex invoice processing Accruals and prepayments & supplier invoice payments Checking company credit card postings Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and practices Assist with monthly, quarterly and year end processes, statistics, budgets Production of timely and accurate reports Complete Asset Handling Provide additional support to the AP team, Financial Controller and Assistant Financial Controller where required
