We have partnered with a prestigious production and post production studio seeking a 3d Animator.

The Studio supports the main agency's production needs and is made up of a team of Producers, Director, Animation Director, Editors, Production Assistant and Studio Assistant. Work ranges from social content, smaller TVC's, non-traditional content, documentaries, DOOH's to mood films, case studies, reels and pitch films.

The 3D animator will mainly be required to work on two types of briefs whilst working collaboratively with the Animation Director/Producer on briefs:
• External Commercial Briefs: From short "social content" to longer length branded content pieces, the 3D Animator needs to be on hand to help deliver eye-catching content.
• Internal Commercial Briefs: The Agency is often required to create stimulus, mood films or reels that help explain creative or strategic ideas to clients, before they go into production.

Skills / Experience Required:
• Fluent use of Cinema4D/Adobe... After Effects
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Passion for the craft & creation of good work
• Interest in film making and able to bring creative ideas to the table
• Understanding of different social platforms
• Highly organised individual able to take administrative care of their projects
• Strong attention to detail and pride in their work
• Great communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Experience of working under pressure of tight project deliveries
• Keen to learn new skills and unafraid of asking questions
• Ability to take direction, prioritise workload and stick to deadlines
• Be creatively minded
• A skilled organiser and communicator

After a campaign is launched, they are often required to pull together campaign case studies or aware entries. It will be key that you are able to work to a brief, but also able to bring ideas to the table and work collaboratively with the Animation Director, Director, Creative and Production teams.

The 3D Animator will work with a Creative team on each project, they should be able to make creative suggestions but also take constructive feedback / amends to their work
