• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Mechatronics) and related fields.
• A computer associate degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
• Domestic and Overseas technical training program is provided.
• Availability to travel around the city and county with short notice
• Good communication skills
• Service oriented and have a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
• Prior experience in handling repair/maintenance of Pinner, Copier, and Computer will be an added advantage.
• Responsible for installation, repairs, and maintenance of consumer solution products such as printers, copiers, and related printing with scanning equipment.
• Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
• Install and reinstall driver software packages and updates of printer and computer
• Offer technical support for activities associated with... the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems
• Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow up on problems
• Must be able to solve problems, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, understand, and interpret technical terms
• Provide product operation training, presentation to user, and teamwork.
• Provide feedback that includes customer information and usage reports for the printer and related machines
• Generate and provide service reports of all work order services for customer and line manager
