CommBank Health Technology are responsible for the development, growth and security of the CommBank Health technology stack. A talented team of ITSM specialists, Analysts, Developers and Engineers, they have been instrumental in delivering quality, continuity and innovation, including bringing cardless claiming to the Australian Healthcare industry.

Do work that matters

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational health and governance the technology stack.

Providing both people leadership and operational management, you will liaise with a high-performing network specialists, to drive positive outcomes in service availability, safety and resilience. Duties of this role may include but won't be limited to;
• Monitoring and... reporting on service delivery metrics; overall performance and effectiveness against SLAs.
• Ensuring service resilience and operational integrity through planning for and managing identified risks and service vulnerabilities
• The design, delivery and implementation continuous improvement initiatives
• Influencing positive change and best practice mindsets across stakeholders
• Monthly audit reports across incident, vulnerability, criticality and change
• Driving business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing
• Coordinating vulnerability patches in accordance with group policy timelines
• Vendor partner engagement, governance and management
• Monitoring monthly SLA metrics
• Lead Incident Management Response and reviews
• Engage in CI/CD processes on testing and deployment
• Staff mentoring and management

What you'll need to succeed
• Demonstrable success in a similar role, particularly around service governance and reporting
• Exposure to service management governance across multiple technologies
• Clear and effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level organisation and time management skills
• Competent knowledge of ServiceNow and Cloud technologies
• Experienced with CI/CD test environments
• Competent in delivering and driving change roadmaps
