Position Profile
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic person to fill the newly created position of Manager Talent Acquisition to lead the development of the health service wide talent acquisition service and be responsible for the end-to-end management of attracting and onboarding staff to enable CAHS to fulfill its strategic objectives. This includes developing and implementing attraction strategies, governance frameworks, contemporary tools and fostering a business orientated and high performance culture to deliver innovative talent management and acquisition outcomes.
In this role you will be part of the broader People Capability and Culture (PCC) division which includes Human Resources, Workplace Relations, Work Health Safety and Wellbeing, Organisational Development and Workforce Capability that leads and partners in a values based environment enabling... an agile, healthy workforce that inspires excellence in performance.
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
