THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Services and Clinical Governance, you will be responsible for the oversight of daily operations across services, providing direction, line management and support to team leaders, mentor and coach front-line members to ensure standards and effectiveness are maintained. A significant focus in this role will be to ensure productivity goals are met, and that risk is escalated and managed appropriately throughout the services.

THE ESSENTIALS
• Tertiary... qualifications in either Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work or Counselling
• A minimum of 5 years Mental Health experience - post qualification
• Current and unrestricted registration with a relevant governing body
• Proven experience leading teams across multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated commitment to trauma informed, recovery oriented, person centred and
culturally competent service provision.
