Job Description：

With the support of the Shanghai Hiroad headquarters, be fully responsible for the sales management of bakery product line in Australia market, including building the team and conduct the necessary training for all team members and distributors. Work on market strategy and product strategy, etc. as well as leading the team to achieve the sales and profit targets.

Duty and Responsibilities：

Products related

1. Analyze the baking product market in Australia, fully understand the information about competitors and competitive products, and completing the market analysis report regularly

2. Integrate the resources of HQ, working out the product strategy according to the situation of Australia market

3. Assist HQ to define a reasonable local pricing system

4. Keep developing new products to enrich the product pool and provide customers with more competitive products

Customers related

1. Sort out the customers in Australia market and identify Key Account customers... (KA) and other target customers

2. Build a customer pool and keep increasing the number of customers.

3. Work on sales strategy and marketing plan

4. Work on how to choose right distributors and set a system on how to manage distributors

5. Make sales plan and lead the team to achieve sales goal

Human resource related

1. Building up local sales and support teams in order to kick off business in Australia based on sales target

2. Recruiting new team members based on actual growing business needs and team management

Daily Work

3. Stick to the management requirements, regularly submit (weekly / monthly / quarterly) reports

4. Other Ad-hoc assigned by GM

Skills and Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of sales & marketing experience in Non-Dairy Whip Topping or other products dedicated in bakery industry

2. Experience in international trade and distribution.

3. Proficient Microsoft Office skills

4. Working experience in actual bakery stores

5. Working experience at major competing brands or distributors
