The Role

Reporting to the Head of Fund Controlling, you will be managing the fund(s) and be responsible for the review of fund accounting, financial and management accounting performed by outsourced services providers; work with tax agent on tax compliance matters, cash management, fund administration and corporate governance and assist in streamlining of process and participate in a-hoc projects.

Your Profile

You should be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years relevant experience in the real estate sector. You should be a self-starter and able to think critically. Ability to function independently, solve problems and good stakeholder... management are critical to succeed in this role.
