Ceylon Heredity (Pvt) Ltd is a company engaged in multifarious fields with our core business being exporting fine Ceylon Tea and Spices. We are now hoping to expand into the inbound tourism sector and are on the lookout for an individual to work with us or join us as a partner to implement and handle the entire operation. Sounds exciting? Here’s what we are looking for;

Key responsibilities;
• Responsible for Ticketing, Collection and Client Handling
• Maintain a good rapport with all customers and provide them tailored solutions for their individual travel needs
• Liaise with travel and tourism partners, hotels, airlines, agents and other establishments and maintain a professional relationship with them at all times
• Attend to all other related duties and tasks
• Build and grow customer data base

The ideal candidate would possess the following:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Should have knowledge and experience in the process of designing, planning... and executing tours and travel itineraries
• Is a self-starter and is able to work independently, with minimum supervision
• Having a Diploma or Degree in a related field will be an added advantage
• Out-going personality with negotiation and PR skills
