We are looking for a Learning Consultant I to join an exciting project for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing many existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution.
As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining instructor-led training material, reference materials and eLearning assets. You will and work with subject matter experts to develop training materials. You will help update and maintain the simulated training environment and help develop client trainers to learn the Oracle Cerner solutions, You will also provide go-live support to users as they use the solutions for the first time. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Health Care or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of Learning/Adult education, health care information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support or relevant HCIT solution end-user work experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of electronic health records
• Healthcare Experience
• Project Management experience
Expectations:
• Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
