Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

Apply SAP GTS functional knowledge

Mostly related to Customs and deep understanding of legislative requirements to analyse, develop, and deliver holistic, compliant updates to our clients

Serve as the primary liaison with the SAP GTS (Customs Solutions), development, configuration and quality assurance teams for the implementation and IT testing of the approved design

Conduct gap analysis between current and future processes and system functionality.

Work closely with stakeholders to build trust and understand their goals, motivations, constraints, risks, and operating environment.

Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, and scope changes, to final solution.

Initiate, plan, execute... monitor, and control Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality.

Create acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.

Active participation in a team environment that utilizes a collaborative design process

Lead stakeholder management activities including facilitation of large design sessions.

Minimal Qualifications:-

Experience

Min 5+ Years of SAP GTS experience (mandatory) projects as primary duties and background
SAP MM/SD experience (preferred)
Supply chain domain experience (preferred)
Experience with design, development and deployment of business processes associated with compliance, customs, preference processing
Good understanding on how SAP GTS integrate with external Legacy systems and warehouse management
At least 2 or 3 full cycle experience of SAP GTS Implementation experience
Good understanding and experience of the various
Agile frameworks
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solving business problems
Must be able to meet deadlines of a dynamic, growing business
Should be strong team player who can build relationships across functions to mediate and resolve problems
Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks
Good knowledge of associated S4/Hana
SAP Certification Preferred.
