Description
• Designing new products for the Non-Life range (design, market analysis, integration of customer expectations and specifications)
• Acting as the product project manager and coordinating the project from design to implementation with the entire organization
• Actively participating in creating products dedicated to new distribution channels: digital, embedded insurance, etc.
• Developing requirements, subscription documents and general terms and conditions of products
• Analyzing the existing market (needs, opportunities) and researching new markets or promising niches
• Closely collaborating with distribution networks and operational services
• Monitoring portfolios in terms of evolution and profitability
•... Actively participating in the development of marketing campaigns and internal communication of the company
• Training distribution networks on the products designed

Profiles
• A holder of higher education diploma in insurance
• 2 years of experience in product management
• fluent in French and English, and any other languages are an asset
• Additionally, you should have good writing skills in French
