Job Description

Qualifications :
• Building Services
• At least in possession of a Certificate in Building Service, Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent ；
• A minimum of three (3) years’ post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong ； and
• Knowledge in maintenance of building in Hong Kong ；
• Registered Electrical Worker qualified for Grade A work under the latest Electricity Ordinance.
• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course in (a) Basic Accident Prevention or (b) Basic Occupational Health or (c) Basic Safety Management or (d) Construction Safety conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council will be an added advantage
• Building Works
• At least in possession of a Certificate in Building Studies Civil Engineering, Building Surveying or equivalent ；
• A... minimum of three (3) years’ post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong ； and
• Knowledge in maintenance of building in Hong Kong.
• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course in (a) Basic Accident Prevention or (b) Basic Occupational Health or (c) Basic Safety Management or (d) Construction Safety conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council will be an added advantage
• 3 years' post qualification experience in building services maintenance in Hong Kong
• Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD
• With positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset

Job Duties :
• Supervise routine maintenance and special project BS/BW works for public housing estates
• Prepare work orders
Supervise contractors to ensure quality and up to standard workmanship and output
• Supervise ad hoc repairing and maintenance works
