Responsibilities
• Lead a small team of Tradesmen to perform maintenance works for all station systems / equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible region
• Prioritise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works and conduct equipment failure investigations
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance contractors on modification and capital & revenue works, and take over equipment on site

Requirements
• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience; OR
• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience

Remarks
• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
