Hotel INTERNATIONAL Prague**** is looking for a suitable candidate for the position Senior Sales Manager.
Náplň práce:

Responsible for the delivery of total MICE & Corporate sales target through the development and implementation of a complete sales strategy

Provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the hotel’s strategic goals

Support sales team through proactive account managemet

Lead the MICE team covering all aspects of the department including: sales, proposal development, pricing, product and operations

Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process

Provide monthly sales report on all sales activities

Manage and develop sales team
Požadujeme:

A strong background in MICE & Corporate Sales preferably from MICE oriented hotel

An excellent proven sales record and leadership experience

Solid teamwork and communications skills (both verbal and written skill in English)

Excellent interpersonal... skills and and negotiator with a proven ability to grow business in a MICE & Corporate segment

High standards of customer service and attention to detail

Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks

Able to work flexibly including outside office hours and to travel when required
