Job Description
• Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company projects and/or services.
• Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.
• Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
• Supports marketing stakeholders, including demand generation, sales enablement, public and analyst relations, community management, and channels/verticals.
• Craft and maintains the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations.
• Goals include: driving awareness, driving event attendees, and influencing public opinion through PR and influencer relations. In addition to, continuously supporting and promoting the company brand, attracting site traffic and social followers... empowering sales with relevant content to send prospects, and fueling PR and influencer relations.
• Conducts marketing surveys on current and new project concepts, develops and recommends pricing strategy for new and on-going projects which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.

Job Requirements

Experience:

7 - 10 years in customer service

Real Estate experience would be an advantage

Education:

B.SC / B.A in Business, come from a variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business.

Post Graduate Studies in Marketing Management is preferred

Essential Skills:

Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Capabilities

Ability to think creatively and innovatively

High level of social and communication skills

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production

Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
