In this role, you will:
• Provide support to various aspects of the desktop, server and related infrastructure in coordination with Global teams.
• Provide support for local Central Bank and other third party systems which are required for the operation of the Algeria Business/Functions.
• Ensure adequate support and maximum availability of data services-domestic and international circuits in coordination with Regional, Global and local service providers within Algeria.
• Ensure adequate coverage is in place for all Self Service Equipment within... Algeria and minimum impact to customers due to hardware/software issues.
• Ensure adequate oversight of relevant IT elements in coordination with Global teams so that there is proper management in terms of support, upgrade plan, kept up-to-date as per internal HSBC standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all incidents within SLA and escalate problems where necessary to minimize the disruption to business in all the branches and departments.
• Address the issues raised by the business and ensuring that all calls listed on the helpdesk system are resolved within the SLA and raised with the relevant parties wherever necessary
