What is the opportunity?

Our client is looking to hire a hardworking, driven and hungry graduate from a RICS-accredited degree to join their professional department.

Based out of their West End office, you will sit within the Residential Development Agency team – working on a mix of work from development consultancy, valuations and agency work – working with residential and charity clients. Working for industry leading hiring managers, you will complete your RICS APC via the Residential or Planning & Development pathways. Our client, who we have worked with for a number of years, offer a fantastic training programme with unrivalled and hands on leadership.

This is a wide ranging role that will give you superb exposure and a chance to progress your... career at a fantastic rate within the Residential world. The culture provides a fast-paced, hands on and social environment and you must mirror this to be selected.

What do you need to be selected?
• Property Bachelors (or Masters), RICS-accredited degree, ideally with a 2:1
• An enthusiastic and driven attitude to succeed.
• Have a passion for property
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Willing to learn and take advice with a clear commitment to the opportunity.
