• Providing support to Assistant Operation Manager
• Assisting facility management, sales, marketing and event support including coordinating events, meeting and training room bookings
• In charge in documentation, claims, quotations, stationary purchase and phone calls
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2 years of Administration experience
