What our Internal Recruitment Team has:
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
• 2+ years of professional experience in any industry (for example, finance, banking, retail, law, sales, insurance, and client services)
• Strong desire to start your Internal Recruitment career
• Team player, high-achiever, and committed to ongoing learning

Salary & Benefits:
• Year 1 average total earnings of €38,000 – including base salary reviews + uncapped commission
• Benefits package incl. clothing allowance, gym membership, pension, healthcare
• Annual all-inclusive company ski trip to the Alps
