- Checking production drawings for their feasibility in terms of manufacturing technology
- Planning of production capacities, work sequences and operating resources
- Development, realization and commissioning of production and testing equipment
- Carrying out and documenting production trials for new products or processes
- Ensuring the production process and the production quality
- Determination of operating resources and workplaces
- Close cooperation with the design, development and manufacturing departments
- Cooperation in CIP and value analysis measures
- Identification of rationalization potentials
- Creation of FMEA teams
- Processing of complaints
- Evaluation of statistical data
- Assumption of special tasks e.g. production room planning by means of CAD tool

Requirements

- Technical studies in the field of... electrical engineering or production management, or degree as state-certified technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
- Several years of practical experience in series production or process planning final assembly / SMT
- Several years of experience in the area of program creation for interlinked production lines
- Several years of process experience in the areas of SMT assembly and final assembly in fully automated series operation
- Specific training in work flow and time studies (Refa)
- Experienced handling of MS Office programs and SAP
- Analytical and creative thinking, autonomy and own initiative
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a strong sense of cost and responsibility
- Good knowledge of German and English
