The Supervisor Physical Therapy works under general supervision while providing the assessment and appropriate treatment for the rehabilitation of the physically impaired patient; based upon medical diagnosis and the orders given by the physician that are consistent with the accepted physical therapy standards of practice.
This position in addition is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and developing the Physical Therapy programs of the hospital including Acute Care, Acute Rehab, Home Health, and Outpatient.
EDUCATION :
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy required.
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of two years related experience and/or training preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS :
Current Physical Therapy license from the State of Nebraska required.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association... required.
