• Overall responsible for deliveries from the tribe, both with respect to projects and product releases.

Requirements

•... Minimum 5 years’ experience within the software development industry

• Master of Science and Engineering or similar work experience.

• Intermediate skills in Agile leadership

• Basic management skills, including coaching

• Intermediate communication skills, presentation and speaking for smaller audience.

• Advanced collaboration skills

• Basic Agile and Lean knowledge

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Travel, national or international, may be required
