*We are looking for an Office Manager to join the Targeted Provision team on a part-time basis, flexibly working 20 hours throughout the week assisting the Senior Leadership Team in our mission of raising the minimum standard of support provided to the UK’s vulnerable learners.*
At Targeted Provision our mission is to raise the standard of educational support offered to vulnerable young people in the UK.
We work with schools and local authorities to provide specialist tutors and mentors for children and young people with additional educational needs.
We also support mentoring and engagement / re-engagement for young people in need of Alternative Provision. We believe that with the right support and role model in their lives, every child can grow in confidence and succeed in learning.

• The Education Admin Lead role*
In this role you will be assisting the Senior Leadership Team through:
• Sourcing, booking, and scheduling venues, meeting rooms, travel, team days, and events
• Organising the logistics of day-to-day business operations
• Processing and filing physical documents and cheques
• Receiving and sending hardware and resources, and rewards
• Running employee recognition reward processes
• Attending and minuting meetings at our core London locations in Queens Park and Piccadilly Circus
• Providing ad-hoc support as required by your line manager

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail, who is also passionate about making an impact in the lives of young people. You’ll be keen to get stuck in, learn quickly, and take on new challenges.
• Required:*
• Previous administration experience
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Exceptional eye for details
• Consistent diligence and care for all tasks you turn your attention to
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
• Desirable:*
• Previous Office Manager / PA / EA experience
• Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding in education
• Knowledge of special education needs
• Experience delivering excellent customer service
