Job Description/Requirements

How you’ll contribute:

Own Field Failure Rate as a mission-critical KPI for the organization

Work with both Quality (Manufacturing) and Reliability (Engineering) stakeholders to drive toward concrete Field Failure Rate milestones

Create detailed project timelines and make adjustments as needed, setting clear expectations for the working... group, including constraints and mitigation plans

Own continual improvement processes for existing and new products

Drive data collection and analysis as a function

Act as a translator and liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders by distilling technical concepts into easy-to-understand explanations

What you need to succeed:

Extensive knowledge of both manufacturing principles and reliability engineering practices

4+ years of experience in quality or reliability engineering

2-3 years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management

Ability to effectively communicate with overseas teams/vendors and driving results through asynchronous communication

Strong oral and written communication skills

Deductive and first principles problem-solving abilities and a passion for making complex things simple(r)

A team mentality with the instinct to put the needs of the project and group first
