Facilities Manager for a Technical Solutions Company - Cebu, Philippines

A global company that provides technology-based energy-efficiency solutions is in need of
Facilities Manager to join its dynamic team. The
Facilities Manager shall be responsible for managing the efficient operations and maintenance of the entire projects in Cebu. Additionally, the successful candidate shall ensure full adherence and compliance to the Facilities Management and Energy efficiency contracts. Reporting directly to the Operations Director/Deputy General Manager, the Facilities Manager shall also oversee the building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Certification in facilities management is a plus

Eight (8) years experience in Airport Facilities Management

Experience in airport services, energy services, or facility management is a plus

Relevant managerial experience in project management, planning, and... budgeting

Excellent management, communication, and leadership skills

Proven track record of handling full cycle property development and management and MEPF maintenance

Willing to be based in Cebu, Philippines
