Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of designers for producing phenomenal UI/UX design.
• UX research on related web 3.0/Crypto application services.
• Design mockup and production UI/UX design for blockchain applications.
• Create contents creation/design strategy, rule, plan and execute.
• Collaborate with BizDev, PdM, Marketing, Designer and other Dev teams to meet specification needs in line with business... objectives.
• Work closely with C-levels and teams to meet specification needs in line with business objectives.
• ️Improve products and pursue successful customer value experience.
• Design and test new products and value propositions based on a deep understanding of business, customer, content, and technology opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic decision making with the rest of the product teams.

Required Qualifications
• Understanding of crypto trading apps and user journey and pain points.
• Strong passion for Web 3.0 product & services.
• At least 2+ years of management experience working with UIUX designers.
• Strong communication for upper-management and cross-team collaborations
• Proven experience of working within web and mobile products at scale, and understand what it takes to do this in a scale-up environment.
• Good knowledge of design patterns for decentralized web3.0 applications.
• Knowledge of DeFi, economics, and any other financial trading mechanism.
• Experience of designing both web & mobile native applications in either web 2.0 or 3.0.
