-Determines project scope and Service level agreements by conducting site inspections and studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards set by the company and the client.

-Creates project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.

-Prepare project plans according to requirements (Mobilization, QA, HSE, T&C, etc.)

-Plan and create project implementation-related requests (Cash Advances for Small items, Accommodations, Transport, etc.)

-Supervise actual works and Ensure compliance with the design specification set out by the company and all regulatory requirements and Contract related deliverables.

-Preparation of complete Manpower schedule, Tools, and Material Take-off based on the project size and specifications, and the client's special requirements.

-Responsible for client-stakeholder management.

-Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and... regulations according to the company’s EHS and Quality Standard and guide/correct subcontractors if needed.

-Monitor and control project progress through efficient supervision and coordination of activities.

-Prepares daily/weekly project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; recommending actions if needed.

-Supervise testing and commissioning prior to system energization

-Secure required documents for project completion, compliance, and acceptance.

-Conduct Orientation and Training for the Client.

-Prepare End of Project Evaluation and Report.

-With a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. A licensed Electrical Engineer is a must for the position.

-With at least 1-4 years of Site Engineer experience gained from Solar companies or industries focusing on commercial solar power installation, residential solar power installations, solar panel distribution, and micro grid systems.

-Willing to be assigned and relocated within the Philippines.
