Office / Centre Manager - Limavady Area - Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll learn many new skills, meet lots of new people and experience the great outdoors!

The Role:
• Limavady area
• £24,000 - £25000 per annum
• Time in Lieu available
• 3 Day per week during training period. From 1st April 2023 will become 5 days per week.
• Working Hours: 8 hour shifts, either 9.00 am – 5.00 pm OR 12.00 pm – 8.00 pm - rota will be available to plan your week in advance!
• Duration of post: 8 months, March 2023 - September 2023 initially (possibility of extension)
• Opportunity to become Assistant Centre Manager from July to September of the contract - upskill, learn and develop your career!

This is a real hands on position, where your day to day duties will be varied and fast paced! These will include:
• Managing general administrative activities
• Reading & responding to all emails and private messages on various Social Media platforms
• Operating online Bookings System
•... Liaising with customers and organising bookings for Accommodation / Activities & upselling
• Updating website when necessary
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Check guests into Accommodation & organise all paperwork
• Updating and maintaining filing systems
• Carry out final cleaning inspections of all accommodation
• Help out in the kitchen preparing food
• Organise stock checks

Criteria:
• Previous experience in a similar customer facing role is essential ie office supervisor, office manager, centre manager
• Confident providing excellent, memorable customer service experiences to the general public
• Experience leading a team of staff
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office Packages, Word, Excel etc efficiently
• A good knowledge of social media
• MUST have own clean driving license and access to own car
