Currently we are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager, who will support the National Sales Manager in development and achievement of the sales activities in North-West Hungary at KWS Magyarország Kft. Moreover, the Regional Sales Manager is acting as a binding link between the Management and his/her Sales Team.

Your tasks:
• Managing and controlling the Sales Team in North-West Hungary
• Participation in strategic development and goal setting, aimed at stable and dynamic sales growth
• Budget management, elaboration of budget during forecasting when needed
• Managing, organizing of promotion activities, field days, trade shows, sales tours and similar events
• Sales and commercial activity with the goal of achieving maximum sales profitability, market share growth and market penetration in every segment
• Knowledge management within the Sales Team

Your profile:
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales in... agriculture or in a similar industry
• Strong management skills, ability to assign the tasks and monitor their fulfillment
• High level of external and internal customer focus
• High level of commercial expertise, strong knowledge of industry, market and products
• Up-to-date business knowledge, especially in the field of sales
• Excellent Hungarian language skills, English or German is a plus
• Driving License „B”
