Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager Integrated Marketing Planning, the candidate will be part of a team of 4 responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth of priority segments, including New to Canada,. With a focus on digital, targeted, and integrated efforts, the Manager will act as a marketing strategist to deliver acquisition plans to support business objectives by working closely with partners across marketing, agencies, and internal business partners.

Key responsibilities include:
Driving multi-product acquisition of the New to Canada product packages through always on acquisition campaigns, across core sub-segments (i.e Chinese, South Asian, International Student etc.)
Building and executing strategies to deepen relationships and increase product penetration among existing customers
Developing content strategies, sponsorships and partnerships that will drive engagement and build trust
Partnering with teams across the organization to build the long-term strategic roadmap to attract, deepen relationships and retain these key customer segments
Understand immigration market and segment growth drivers, create a vision of market, channel, and segment potential, develop value propositions and multicultural proof points that further our competitive advantage, translate business strategies into marketing plans. Identify clear choices, make tradeoff recommendations, and recommend resource and spending allocations.

On a typical day at work, you will be expected to:

Partner with the function and/or line of business to achieve omni- channel acquisition and customer management strategy (i.e., deepening customer relationships, onboarding to retention, strengthen usage and customer loyalty)
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that meet business and marketing strategies and objectives
Gather, integrate and interpret existing views of the target audience, including demographic, attitudinal, and behavioral data to create campaign kick offs and briefs
Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivity
Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for respective business area(s)
Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business priorities
Act as Marketing Advisor for New to Canada business, typically leading or contributing on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Integrate knowledge of the enterprise sub-function’s or business line’s overarching strategy in a complex field for developing solutions across multiple functions or operations
Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
Provide thought leadership and/ or industry knowledge for own area of expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques
Requirements
• Over 7 years of relevant Marketing experience with working knowledge of marketing strategies and a demonstrated ability to apply them.
• Previous work experience in the New to Canada or diversity strategies will be appreciated
• Integrated knowledge of business, operational functions, methods and regulatory requirements to solve complex problems and develop new solutions
• Expert knowledge of technical processes, procedures, tools and technologies and project management methodologies
• Strong communications skills and organizational awareness to communicate difficult concepts, coordinate effectively with increasingly senior shareholders and integrate work with other areas
• A dynamic leader with robust organizational and team management skills to work with a team and handle multiple priorities a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations from analysis and deep dive on past results
• Familiar with budget management on large scale with strong financial acumen.
