We are looking for entry-level candidates with basic programming skills for Junior Business Process Management Consultant positions. With its Headquarter in London and offices in Netherlands, Poland, India and Australia, our client is specialised in delivering high quality solutions using the world’s leading intelligent automation tools. They are about to open two offices in Romania: in Bucharest and Cluj.

Requirements:

A university degree in computer science is preferred however other similar certificates such as... college IT diploma or proven completion of recognized IT courses are also considered

At least B2 level/upper intermediate English language skills

Proven basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JS or React, understanding of databases and work methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.

A passion for technology, Logical thinking and analytical problem solving mindset

Any prior working knowledge of low code systems, BPMN , API’s, system integrations and Data exchange structure is appreciated

What you will do in the next months:

Form the basics of a BPM consulting career as a System Architect during the 8 week intensive course

Work on automating of complex processes used by leading companies using the worlds most advanced low code platform

Work in teams consisting of junior people and led by more experienced multinational experts

Work in an Agile methodology in teams with clear goals roles and targets
