You'll be an all-rounder who loves storytelling and data and has great communication skills.Our Gen Less brand platform continues to grow and inspire climate-positive action, by engaging hearts and minds across the country! This is a critical role for helping EECA to mobilise New Zealanders to adopt clean and clever energy use.Key responsibilities of the role include the following:Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across our social media channelsGrowing and nurturing communities across our channelsTracking our social channel performance, optimising, and delivering performance analysisHe kōrero mōu ... About youWe're looking for someone who would bring the following:5+ years of successful social media community campaign management or digital content experienceDeep knowledge and experience of social platforms (including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social scheduling and tracking tools) and a desire to keep learningA passion for telling stories and content creationSolid understanding of measuring and reporting social media effectiveness and KPIs including traffic metricsAn eye for design as our brand guardian of social channelsAbove all, you'll need to have a passion for EECA's purpose.Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou - What we offerAn excellent working environment where you're surrounded by a passionate and committed team, who strive to make a difference for current and future generations.
