We are looking for a new team member for our office:

Required Qualifications:
• ·2+ years of personal lines experience
• Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and co-workers
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) of products
• Adaptable with proven problem-solving skills
• Works well within a team as well as independently
• License in good standing with the Alberta Insurance Council; level 2 licence preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while keeping customer service a priority
• Experience in Power Broker is an asset

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming client requests by phone, email and/or in person
• Review renewals and contact client for updates
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
• Up-sale & Cross Sale of products to new and existing clients
• Build strong and positive relationships with assigned underwriters
• Keeping current on industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processes
