Position Purpose
The APAC CCCO Project Manager mandate covers the identification, management or supporting of transformation projects in support of non-financial risk management excellence in alignment with the Group's ambition to be a trusted and reliable partner for our clients and stakeholders. The mandate further extends to the maintenance and support of BAU transversal operational risk management (TORM) framework.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
The APAC CCCO Project Manager will, in synchronisation with the Head of APAC CCCO Project Office and the rest of the APAC Transversal CCCO Team, and in close collaboration with the APAC OPC community, be responsible for:
• Supporting the effective management of non-financial risks in BAU and across the region
• Supporting maintenance of the TORM framework in line with defined roles & responsibilities
• Supporting the evolution of the TORM framework in view of new developments and continuous improvements
• Supporting the end-to-end implementation of validated transformation initiatives through robust framing and delivery
Contributing Responsibilities
• Supporting the definition and communication of guidelines and related training to support the implementation of the TORM framework
• Contributing to the OPC community development through continuous feedback and sharing of best practices identified
• Participating in the identification / definition / implementation of strategic initiatives
