Job Purpose and Impact

The Creative Designer II will create eye catching designs that are on brand. In this role, you will design and produce digital and print assets for internal and external purposes and will transform information, messages and concepts into high quality assets that educate, inspire and accurately depict and promote the brand. You will partner with stakeholders to solicit input, respond to and integrate feedback, manage and track schedules and production milestones and map to the overall product and content releases.

Key Accountabilities
• Create and produce designs and visual elements for digital channels, print materials and multimedia assets.
• Partner collaboratively with design leads, motion graphics artists and video editors to assist with production artwork and asset management tasks.
• Handle workload, project tasks and media assets to help maintain team databases, processes and storage systems.
• Help define and deliver designs that engage the customer... and utilize current creative trends and new technology.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, graphic design, communications or any related course
• Experience with graphic design production tools and software
• Confirmed abilities in design principles, image manipulation, photo retouching, layouts and typography
• General knowledge and confirmed abilities in icon design and illustration
• Minimum of 6 experience in Advertising (including Digital,website, Social Media, ATL and BTL), Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts including video editing, production, photography
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in advertising, graphic design, marketing or strategic communications
• Familiarity with print production processes
• Familiarity with digital design for social media and websites
• Familiarity with digital and media asset management tools and systems
