We are The Good Dentist, a 3 chair 5 star reviewed boutique general and cosmetic dental practice located on Darby Street, in the heart of Newcastle. With a wonderful, spirited team in a dynamic and innovative practice we aspire to be the best and most trusted dental practice in the Hunter.

Since opening our doors six years ago, we... have built a wonderful reputation in our amazing town. Being a dentist is not only a job to us; it’s about building trust and personal relationships with our patients. As a result, our wonderful patients have referred their friends, family and colleagues to us not only because of our quality dentistry, but the level of service and personal connection they receive at every visit.

We don’t only rely on word-of-mouth marketing. To continue to grow our patient base, we engage in internal and external marketing strategies to ensure all our clinicians have a continual flow of new patients every month.

About You
• You are a dentist with at least 3 years' experience looking for your next career adventure
• You are passionate about clinical care and seeking to join a practice that shares in this passion and commitment to patient care
• Determination and drive to achieve high monthly billings
• You are motivated, keen to learn and open to learning strategies and skills to help you improve case acceptance
• You may be looking to extend your scope in orthodontics/Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry in a supportive team environment
• You work hard, however you also like to have fun (a few laughs) at work
