About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our Real Estate Asset Creation and Investment Management team on an open term basis based in Brisbane or Melbourne. This is a unique and highly sought-after opportunity as this incoming Investment Analyst will be working on an interstate Super Regional Shopping Centre and mixed-use asset with upcoming development activities.

The successful applicant will have experience working in Investment Management, Development, Stakeholder Management and General investment activities who will be a proactive, passionate and analytical professional.

Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with preparation of annual total return and NOI budgets, monitor, measure, report, forecast and deliver total returns to meet / exceed outperformance targets (including short, medium and long term forecasting).
