Power BI (nice to have) SQL (nice to have) Google Analytics (regular) MS Excel (regular) Data (regular) eCommerce Data Analyst Google Analytics Specialist works closely with Product Owners and eCommerce Developers to enhance tracking implementation.

An important part of this role is to support GA end users and to utilize Google Tag Manager to fulfill business needs of different stakeholders.

This role also utilizes various data sources to understand how customers are engaging with the site and recommends improvements.

They also design and create key analysis and bring data insights to stakeholders. Main responsibilities Designs measuring plan and utilize Google Tag Manager to implement events and support campaignsSupports Google Analytics end usersManages GA accountsSupports building and executing an A / B testing processDefines, implements, follows up and analyses KPIs and reports within the eCommerce domain and defines concrete and actionable recommendationsPerforms analysis on... existing web, customer, sales and transactional data and identifies business opportunities and challenges focusing on company performance and customer behaviorProvides training on web data and reports Qualifications and Skills Very good working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) & Google Tag Manager1+ year’s experience working in web data related field supporting eCommerceGraduate of Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science or related disciplineExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of Google Optimize & Hotjar (or equivalent) will be a plusSQL and Power BI knowledge will be a plusBusiness acumen and strategic understandingGreat communication and presentation skillsBuild relationships : a team player able to build and develop networksResults oriented : Proven track-record of delivering on targetsProject management (organize and prioritize)Fluent business English (written and spoken) Joining Lyreco means : Working in an international, distribution company (25 countries, 18 languages, 3 central hubs)Processes based on Scrum / Agile first approach High quality of delivered software - we are creating, extending and maintaining the solution in-houseOwnership and proactive approach during daily software development activitiesUsing recent technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka as well as proven ones .
