Key Responsibilities:
• 360-degree end-to-end recruitment duties
• Perform business development and acquire new clients' accounts
• Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients
• Source and screen for active & passive candidates with respect to client's hiring requirements
• Prepare written and verbal applicant resume summaries and brief candidates on the position & interview
• Generate and achieve monthly KPIs
• Adhere to all quality procedures and recommend enhancements to operations, procedures, or policies to ensure an environment of continual improvement
