File Management Support Officer, it starts with you!
• Based in Whangarei * Permanent/Full time Shift Work * Internal Band C * Remuneration $57,083 + Shift Incentives * Paid Meal Break Time * Multiple positions available * Please note that you will be required to commence in this role on 22 May 2023 (non negotiable) and for the first 2.5 weeks will be based in Wellington during this time for training (travel costs are covered by NZ Police)
About the... role
File Management are an integral part of the Service Group. The FM&T is part of a nationally centralised group which supports a number of key elements of the case management process, our frontline staff and also provides key services to victims.
Service Group is looking for a number of engaged and motivated individuals for the role of File Management Support Officer, with a focus on exceptional case management, transcription work and service delivery.
The ideal File Management Support Officer is someone who is a team player, familiar with working in an agile environment, committed to contributing and being part of a high performing team, and has a clear understanding of Our Business and our Police values.
This role not only provides operational and administrational support to Police, but you will also be expected to work and access several Police IT systems.
Key Accountabilities:
• Engage positively with internal and external stakeholders. * Support our colleagues across every function and level of Police. * Excellent grammar and spelling. * Outstanding written and oral communication. * Work under pressure whilst managing conflicting demands. * Being able to plan and prioritise workloads. * Attention to detail – This is a busy role and being able to focus on the detail while under pressure is required * Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team * Change management – This role has recently moved to Service Group and is constantly evolving. Being comfortable with change is recommended.
Shift work details:
The File Management Centre will require you to work shift work. This operates on a six day on three day off roster - with three early shifts (6am – 2pm), three late shifts (1pm-10pm) and then three days off.
