As a core member of our Middle Office Solutions (Collateral Mgmt.) Team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:
• Work on LEI/Agreement breaks
• Work... on trade breaks: missing trades/notional diff/etc.
• Experience in handling TriOptima matching process: matched/matched with diff/unmatched.
• Handle MtM related discrepancies: FX rate diff/volatility/IM & IA diff/snap timings/valuation diff/etc.
• Should be handling Margin Requirements in Acadia.
• Dispute management: investigate dispute drivers & resolve high value/aged disputes
• Regulatory reporting: CFTC/EMIR reporting on outstanding, aged & high-value disputes
• Good understanding about how the overall (UMR) margining process works
• Coordinate month-end collateral interest process between counter-parties
• Monitor collateral positions and issue collateral margin calls on a daily basis
• Instruct collateral transfer payments via SWIFT
• Assist, train and lead junior members of the team.
• As an SME, should be handling Complex issues in the process.
• Assist with review of EOD reports for junior members of staff
• Produce regular MIS reports for Clients, Relationship Managers and Senior Management.

About You:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects
• 7 + years’ overall experience, with three 3-4 years’ experience in portfolio & dispute management, and with applications, TriOptima/TriResolve & Acadia.
• 1-2 years’ experience in leading 3-4 staff members is preferable.
• Proficient in handling Portrecs, TriOptima/TriResolve & Acadia
• Experience in liaising with Sales/MO/FO/RM/Legal teams
• Should have good knowledge of CSA/GMRA/GMSLA
• Strong Experience/exposure to ISDA Bi-Lateral agreements & the collateral process is essential
• Knowledge of Hedge and Mutual Funds
• Strong customer service & analytical and problem solving skills
• Committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail focused with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Adaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment
